Ouranite, Very Rare

Only found immediately after a lightning strike, making it absurdly hard to retrieve and very rare, lightning mana’s’ raw form is a small mote of crackling electricity, with a shock that numbs the limb when touched. After refinement, it takes on several yellow and deep blue hues at once, giving it a chaotic look.

• Armor – You become immune to lightning damage. However, this does not prevent metal equipment you’re wearing from being conductive. Each time you are dealt lightning damage you may, as a bonus action, redirect the flow of lighting towards another target in range of the original source of lighting. This counts as a ranged attack by the source of the lightning.
• Weapon – Once per round, when you make an attack you may consume a charge from this ouranite to make one additional attack. Lightning ouranite has three charges that recharge when you are dealt lightning damage or you take a short rest.
• Other – You gain the Teleport movement type. You may teleport up to 60 feet to any location within your line of sight. You may not teleport through anything that is not conductive, such as wood or rubber.
