Ouranite, Uncommon

Found in the deep tundra or on the highest mountain tops where the spring thaw never reaches, Arctic Ouranite takes the form of floating shards of light-blue ice that chills to the bone when touched. Once refined, it takes on an intense dark blue hue and sky-blue marbling. The aforementioned chill becomes significantly more intense, being described as what it feels like to jump into an icy lake. The remote regions this ouranite is harvested from make it fairly rare anywhere, but even more so in warmer climates like Kaldar.
