Ouranite, Uncommon
Being something of a misnomer, forest ouranite is found where the land is oldest and is still untouched by civilization. In the wild, forest ouranite looks like wiggling spouts of long grassy tendrils and have a pleasant smell of fresh earth. Once processed it takes on a dark green hue with brown marbling, and the earthy scent becomes slightly more pronounced. Forest ouranite grows increasingly harder to harvest every year, as more and more land is settled or cultivated for farming.
Armor – As a bonus action you may have your feet sprout roots and affix you to the ground where you stand for a number of rounds equal to your strength modifier (minimum 1). While rooted to your position you are immune to effects that knock you prone or move you through non-magical means. This ability recharges at the end of a short rest. In addition, you are not affected by difficult terrain while in forests.
Weapon – On your first successful attack in a round, you may make a free Trip attack combat maneuver (even at range) with a DC of 13.
Other – You gain Tremorsense out to 30 ft.
